Mission

Computer Empowerment Project (CEP) will significantly impact the lives of at-risk,
economically disadvantaged youth and their families through sustained comprehensive
support services. CEP's commitment is to bridge the digital divide, close the achievement
gap, facilitate academic literacy, and prepare youth for the 21st Century workforce.

Vision

Children become life-long learners, thriving in safe nurturing environments, and receive a

high-quality and equitable education.

Goals

To provide tiered academic intervention and premium educational opportunities for high  poverty,
low-performing students at no cost.

To enrich the lives of at-risk, economically disadvantaged youth and their families by using technology.

To identify, assess, and enroll school-age children in academic enrichment, employment preparation, mentoring, and college-preparatory programs specifically targeting those that are in foster care, or on probation, or that have one or both parents currently incarcerated.

To offer support services to the public and private sectors in the Southern California region.

To disseminate community resource information and promote social responsibility.
